2019 Wedding Tablescape Trends
We’re so excited for all the upcoming wedding trends this year! In 2018 we saw some trends dominate the wedding scene, and some style debuts that will definitely be major trends for 2019. If you’re one of our 2019 brides and you’re still unsure for the wedding reception themes, styles, and tablescapes, let us give you the wonders that 2019 has to offer.
Velvet
Velvets are taking the lead for wedding tablescape trends this year. The texture that velvet linens and silk velvet ribbons brings to the wedding design adds class and sophistication as well as modern art feels.
Velvets bring class and are a great idea for those who love bold colors. The bold colors and gorgeous texture will bring out all the beautiful details of the florals, napkins, and tableware. Last year, we saw the huge demand for velvet linens and ribbons.. and it’s not going anywhere. We HIGHLY recommend using velvets for your wedding!
Mix of Styles and Textures
Classic, soft, boho, or modern? Why not all? Alot of brides have been doing this trend of mixing styles and textures.
For mixed styles, an example would be this beautiful modern fine art and boho combination. From the bridal dress up to the lively color of the silk ribbon and flowers, the boho vibes absolutely blended well with the modern art tableware and plain white table linen.
When it comes to mixing textures together, it’s a specialty of us to make silk table runners and velvet linens blend flawlessly together! Two contrasting textures will be eye catching and interesting especially when they’re also of opposite colors. This is a trend that will be seen more and more as brides are getting more adventurous.. well it pays off!
Pastels, pastels, and more pastels!
Pastels will stay on trend for a very long time and 2019 is not an exception. Weddings are celebrations that are light and full of joy, something that pastel colors embody. Be it table linens and up to silk velvet ribbons and other wedding decorations, pastel colors will definitely be a hit this year!
Linens and Greens
Being green is definitely in! A trend that will be more seen in 2019 are fresh wooden or simple wedding tables with some fresh green leaves and florals. The best way to style these is by adding a single silk table runner on the table and letting all the florals and greens pop.
What do you think of these trends? Would you try them out? Send us a message and let’s make it happen this 2019!
xoxo
