Sunlit Desert Inspired Wedding Photoshoot
Become Jasmine and Aladdin with today's wedding shoot. Get lost in a sea of sand and get ready to say I Do under the bright sun!
For those who are fearless to have fun under the sun, we have the perfect wedding idea for you! There is so much pressure to make a wedding perfect and spot-on without sacrificing originality.
For today's blog, we have the most gorgeous desert wedding inspired photoshoot that is as unique as it is otherworldly. This sunlit Arabian inspired wedding photoshoot is like a whole new world, indeed. We say inspired, as the actual location of today’s shoot is a salt flat. But it can definitely pass for an Arabian desert fantasy!
Outdoor weddings have always been a trend in recent years and it's looking like it's still a trend next year. We want to feature outdoor weddings with a twist this time so instead of the infamous beach venue, why not go Arabian inspired?
If you don’t have the time (and frankly, the budget) to go jetsetting for that desert wedding photoshoot and venue, you can always look for a duplicate location to make your dreams come true. Wedding locations are very, very important but they’re not everything that matters.
Desert Weddings and the Glowing Bride with a Wildflower Bouquet Wrapped by Silk Ribbons
Become Disney's Jasmine all dressed in white with today's theme. For today's blog, we're only featuring a bride-groom photoshoot but we hope you get inspired to do more with this theme!
Our gorgeous bride is wearing a breezy white gown perfect for that desert heat. To keep things elegant and dreamy, a glistening head piece is also added to the whole look. We're going for that desert princess vibes!
The bride's bouquet is highly accented with different leaves and stems. Think of it as the oasis in the middle of a vast desert. Greens are refreshing to the eyes amidst warm and light tones. We decided to include a few dark colored flowers in the bouquet as well. Notice the blood red roses? They add to the dimension of the whole floral piece!
Another pop of color in the bridal bouquet is the silk baby blue ribbons. The greens and the blues of the bouquet are to bring cool tones with the whole look. The blue silk ribbons also go well with the desert colorscape, don't you think?
Magic in Small Things: Arabian Inspired Wedding Details
We kept the color palette of the bridal bouquet with the wedding invitations and other flatlay design. Cool tones of green, blue, and red are welcome additions to the desert colorscape for today's blog. The bold color tones also bring life to the photoshoot.
We wanted to keep the Arabian luxury going from head to toe so expect the bride's heels to be elegant as well! This time, the focus of the shoes is on the glittering embellishments. The heels will absolutely glisten under the bright desert sun.
Wedding Vows Under the High Sun
Admittedly, desert landscapes are rather simple and monochromatic. This is the perfect landscape for you to try any color palette you want! There are so many possibilities with desert landscapes in weddings. From the photoshoot, to the reception, there are a lot of possibilities. For today's blog, we're going a bit adventurous as the bride and groom are whisking away by a motorbike! (Take that, magic carpet)
Thinking about the logistics of having a desert wedding can be quite stressful. But if you really think about it, sunlit Arabian desert inspired weddings can be a magical and unique event that is sure to be memorable for everyone.
We hope we got your creative juices flowing with today's wedding photoshoot. There are three words that completely describes today's wedding theme: shining, shimmering, splendid.
xoxo,
Jeanette
